Akil The MC (Jurrasic 5) hits the studio on November 26th for an exclcusive Red Bull Studio 30 minute set.
He fits the Live Session with his DJ into the hectic Soundcheck World Tour of 35 dates, just having done 12 sold out shows in Europe beofre heading to Australia and landing in New Zealand on the 15th November for 2 weeks. They have 6 shows in New Zealand and will be performing some classic jurassic 5 material and new material from his debut solo album.
SOUND CHECK
Soundcheck is the procdure that is used for the checking of sound before a performance so that the performer is well aware, equipped & ready for the show.
Akil The MC is well aware of the process that takes place during a Sound Check. Akil has checked the sound many of times around the world with this infamous now defunct LA based hip hop group Jurrasic 5, in which Akil played a major role in building a successful 13 yr run.
Now as a solo artist Akil is out to Sound Check on the world stage once again with a high spirited well rounded relative music ouput that the hip hop world so longs for......Sound Check is coming to a stop near you soon!
